Bench the appellant has not taken steps for filing

talbana etc. of Rs.4.50 paise for issuance of appeal

notice on respondent No.2. In such circumstances, if

order dated 26.8.2011 is not complied with by 21st of

November 2011, the appeal shall stand dismissed

without further reference to the Bench.
