Let a reminder be sent to IInd Additional Sessions
Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran for sending the case diary of
Naurangiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 1991 corresponding to
Sessions Trial No. 91 of 2006 to this court positively within a
week from the date of receipt of the order. Similarly, a reminder
be sent to the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran for
sending the required criminal antecedent of Bankey Mallah @
Bankey Choudhary who is an accused in above said
Naurangiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 1991 corresponding to
Sessions Trial No. 91 of 2006 within a week from the date of
receipt of the order and list the matter after receipt of the same.
Let the order be communicated to the court concerned
through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
