We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is not a fit case for quashing of the first information report or staying
the arrest.

However, if the petitioner surrenders within three weeks from today
and applies for bail in case crime No. 21 of 2010 under section 3/7 of
the Essential Commodities Act, P.S. Karari district Kaushambi his bail
application will be considered and disposed of by the Courts below
expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
