ORDER

In
the midst of the submissions, learned advocate for the workmen
submitted that despite there the order of this Court dated
15.06.2011, further restraining Company from going-on any activities
of demolition, construction, repairing and any other activity of
like nature, the Company through its employees, agents and servants
have started demolition of administrative buildings as well as
employees quarters.

Learned
advocate Mr.Nayak for the Company submitted that in fact the purport
and gist of the order in no uncertain terms conveyed to one Shri
Damodarbhai Patel, Director of the Company on the very same day. Be
that as it may. At this stage, it would be open for the workmen to
put-up appropriate application indicating breach of any aforesaid
