In view of the Court’s order, husband is present in

chamber but wife did not turn up.

As jointly prayed for, list this case on 11.03.2011 in

chamber at 4.00 pm. On that date, husband and wife shall be

presently present in chamber.

In the meantime, interim relief, as granted on

05.08.2010 shall continue.
