the facts stated it is provided that till the next date of listing further
proceedings in Criminal Case No. 7123 of 2004 (State Vs. Mahadev and
others) pending before the Judicial Magistrate IInd Varanasi and Criminal
Case No. 657 of 2005 (State Vs. Sidhari and others) pending in the Court of
Civil Judge (Junior Division/Judicial Magistrate) Chandauli, shall remain
stayed.
