It is stated that Ceiling Appeal No.380K/2006 (Basant and others Vs. State
of U.P. and others) is pending before Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division,
Gorakhpur. The petitioner has sought expeditious disposal of said appeal.

In this view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to decide the
said appeal within a period of two months from the date of production of
certified copy of the order passed by this Court before him after hearing the
parties.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands disposed
of.
