It has been pointed out by filing the present interlocutory
application that it was wrongly mentioned in the main bail application that the
case of these petitioners is pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Koderma in
S.T. No. 145 of 2010. It has been submitted that the case of these petitioners is
still pending before the Court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Koderma in Jainagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 670
of 2010. Learned counsel has accordingly prayed for modification of the order
dated 21.10.2011, whereby bail was granted to these petitioners.
A letter from the Sessions Judge, Koderma has also been received
which shows that in S.T. No. 145 of 2010, these petitioners are not the accused.
Accordingly, the order dated 21.10.2011 is modified only to the
extent that the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail on furnishing
the bail bonds to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Koderma in Jaiganar P.S. Case no. 111 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 670
of 2010.
The aforesaid interlocutory application is disposed of.
