Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed a month’s time
to file the counter affidavit. The petitioner shall have one month
thereafter to file the rejoinder affidavit.

List this case thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the demand pursuant to the order
passed under Section 47A shall remain stayed provided the
petitioner deposits 50% of the amount demanded in cash and for
remaining furnishes security other than cash or bank guarantee to
the satisfaction of the authority concerned, within a period of one
month from today. The amount already deposited towards the
aforesaid demand shall be adjusted.
