                                J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed praying for a direction to the third

respondent to take appropriate action in the matter of demolition

of alleged unauthorized compound wall constructed by the

respondents 1 and 2.

2. In case no action has still been taken on Exhibit P1,

there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the

same with notice to the petitioner and respondents 1 and 2 and

pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
