Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by Ext.P2

proceedings of the first respondent. In view of the intervening

developments, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left,

petitioner may approach the first respondent in which case,

appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter will be

taken with notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent

expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
