In
these group of petitions earlier Shri K.M. Patel, learned advocate
was appearing on behalf of the petitioner. However, he has reported
that he has already returned the papers to the petitioner long back
and, therefore, he has requested to relive him and direct the
Registry not to show his name on behalf of the petitioner. Shri N.V.
Gandhi, learned advocate, who is already appearing on behalf of the
petitioner in subsequent petitions, being Special Civil Application
Nos. 3878/2009 and 3879/2009 has stated at the bar that he will be
appearing in these group of petitions also. Hence, stand over to
17/02/2011. Registry is directed not to show the name of Shri K.M.
Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner
henceforth.
