The petitioner is seeking h is posting at a particular place because

he is a disabled person, for which he has submitted representation on

4.8.2007. Much time has passed to that representation as well as to

filing of this writ petition, which was filed on 17.9.2007.

I do not find any reason to keep the matter pending. The

petitioner may file fresh representation before the respondents, who

may consider the petitioner’s representation and if possible, the

respondents may pass appropriate order of his posting which may be in

consonance with the administrative exigencies only.

The writ petition of the petitioner is disposed with the above

observations.
