Registrar(Judl.), wherefrom it appears that

the case diary was not appended with the

case records of the case after the

proceedings for the day was over. The

diary is required to be appended with the

records of the case and not to be kept in

the Almirah separately.

Let the Joint Registrar(Judl.)

issue such instruction to the Court Master

concerned to append the case diary with

the record after the day’s proceeding is

over.
