dated 7.4.2010 passed by Sri America Singh, Additional Session Judge,
Court No.2, Bhadohi, Gyanpur in Session Trial No. 101 of 2004, State of U.P.
Vs. Siddh Nath yadav (Since deceased) and other with Session Trial No. 102
of 2004, State of U.P. Vs. Thakur Prasad Yadav, under Sections 308/34, 504,
506, IPC P.S. Koiraona, District S.R. Nagar (Bhadohi).

Issue notice to the opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 returnable within a period of
four weeks. Summon the lower Court record.
