ORAL
ORDER

1. The
present application under Sec.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
has been filed for quashing of complaint / FIR registered as
C.R.No.I-78 of 2010 before Talala Police Station, District Junagadh
for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 114 of
Indian Penal Code.

2. Heard
Mr.A.J.Shastri, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr.L.R.Poojari,
learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 – State
and Mr.Y.M.Thakkar, learned advocate for the respondent No.2.

3. It
is jointly submitted by the learned Advocates for the parties that
the dispute is settled between the parties and affidavit of
complainant to that effect is also placed on record. Complainant has
no grievance against present applicants.

4. It
is also jointly submitted by the respective parties that offences
levelled against present applicants accused can be compounded with
the permission of the Court.

5. In
view of above, Trial Court is directed to look into compromise and
pass appropriate orders.

6. In
view of above, present application is disposed of.
