petitioners’ prayer for regularization would be hit by the

law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of

Secretary, State of Karnataka and others vs. Uma Devi(3)

and others : (2006) 4 SCC 1.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners,

put up on 3rd January, 2011 in the same position.
