Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. and perused the trial
court record.

It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that according to the
prosecution version, the appellant caused injuries on the person of the
deceased by using knife blows. According to the post mortem examination
report, injuries were caused on non vital part of the body. The appellant is in
jail since 4.11.2005. The maximum sentence of 10 years has been awarded
by the trial court under section 304 I.P.C.

Let the appellant Bhajju alias Ram Kumar convicted in S.T. No. 527 of 2005
under section 304 I.P.C., and S.T.No. 29 of 2006 under section 25/4 Arms Act
, ( Case Crime Nos. 777 of 2005 and 816 of 2005) Police Station Sector 20
Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a
personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Court concerned.

The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.
