On
20.4.2010, the case could not be taken up because of sick-note filed
by the counsel appearing for the appellant. On 3.5.2010 again time
was sought for by the appellant. On 5th August, 2010,
again sick-note was filed by the counsel for the appellant and on 8th
September, 2010 on another ground time was sought for by the counsel
for the appellant. Today also sick-note was filed. In the
circumstances, we adjourn the case with a clear understanding that if
the counsel is not well by the next date, party may engage some other
lawyer, failing which the Court may dispose of the case.
Post
the matter on 20.10.2010 within five cases.
