As
per the office note, paper of Special Civil Application No.2795 of
1993 are not traceable. Shri Mishra, learned advocate for the
petitioner has submitted that he has already prepared the compilation
of the aforesaid Special Civil Application No.2795 of 1993 and he
will submit in the Registry for reconstruction. Under the
circumstances, Registry is directed to reconstruct the Special Civil
Application No.2795 of 1993 at the earliest and place it before this
Court for final hearing along with present Special Civil Application
on the next date of hearing. Stand over to 27.9.2010.
