On that date, learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform whether
publication as directed by Addl. District Magistrate Supply/ Rent Control and
Eviction Officer Varanasi vide order dated 24.9.09 in case no. 10/2009 has
been advertised or not, if advertised, on which date. Learned counsel for the
petitioner shall also inform the Court about the relationship of land lord with
Babu Kaidar Bajoria.
