the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran,

Bettiah, in Sessions Trial No. 238-A of 1997 arising out of

Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 53 of 1992 and also a report from the

Superintendent of police, West Champaran, Bettiah, about the

antecedent of the petitioner, who is accused in the aforesaid

case, so as to reach this Court within three weeks and put up

after receipt of the same.
