The
petitioner who is a class-IV employee, or his representative will go
before respondent with an application on or before 4th
May 2010. The undisputed amount will be cleared within 4 weeks from
the receipt of the application by the respondent. The matter to come
on 22nd
June 2010. No recovery will be made at this stage.
