matter was listed before this Court on 2nd December 2010
in which following order was passed :

“With
a view to enable ld counsel for the appellant to produce on record
the documents which he wants to rely upon. S.O to 14th

Today
learned advocate for the appellant has filed sick note and no
alternative arrangement was made even in the third call. Therefore,
this Court has no option but to dismiss the matter. In view of
above Appeal stands dismissed for default.
