This
application has been filed for condoning the delay of 450 days
caused in preferring Criminal Appeal.

We
have gone through the reasons mentioned in the application
regarding condonation of delay. In view of the fact that cogent
reasons have been stated in paras 2 and 3 for not filing the appeal
in time, delay of 450 caused in filing appeal is condoned. Rule
is made absolute.

Office
is directed to place Criminal Appeal for admission hearing in due
course.
