02. 27.10.2010 It has been submitted that in fact it is a case of

civil dispute between the parties without any criminal

intent.

Issue notice to Opposite Party No. 2 as to why

this application be not disposed off at the stage of

admission itself by both processes i.e. ordinary process as

well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc.

must be filed within ten days, failing which this

application shall stand dismissed without further

reference to a Bench.

The rule is made returnable within three

months.
