                             JUDGMENT

Joseph J.,

We heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the for

the party respondents. The petitioners seek protection for the life

and properties of the petitioners mentioned in Ext.P1 and P2.

2. We have already passed an interim order and make the

interim order absolute. In regard to the protection sought for the

properties, it is for the petitioners, if so advised, to approach the

appropriate forum.

The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
