2. 17.10.2011 The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted

to implead the Complainant as Opposite Party No. 2.

It has been submitted that even now the petitioner

is ready to settle the dispute with the Opposite Party No. 2.

Issue notice to the Opposite Party No. 2 for which

requisites etc. under ordinary process as well as registered

cover with A/D. must be filed within ten days failing which this

application as against her shall stand rejected without further

reference to the Bench.

Rule is made returnable within three months.

In the meanwhile, no coercive step shall be taken

against the petitioner in connection with C.R. No. 577 of 2008

corresponding to T.R. No. 2214 of 2009, 1394 of 2010.
