2. 11.02.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition for

directing the State Respondents to take action against the

then Circle Officer, Supaul and Nazir attached to his office

for resorting to the illegal demolition of his house which

was raised on the basis of the map approved by the

Municipal Authorities. In the writ petition, prayer has also

been made for payment of compensation on account of

loss suffered by the petitioner on account of illegal

demolition. So far disciplinary action against the then

Circle Officer, Supaul and Nazir is concerned, petitioner

may request the disciplinary authority i.e. the State

Government for taking action against the then Circle

Officer, Supaul and such request be considered by the

disciplinary authority in accordance with law. For

payment of compensation, petitioner will be well advised

to approach the Civil Court.
