: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE G.B.SHAH)

The
effect and operation of the judgment dated 3.12.2010 passed by the
learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No. 14072 of 2010
shall remain stayed on condition that the applicant-appellant will
pay wages as provided under section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes
Act, 1947. The stay is confirmed on the above condition. On filing of
the affidavit by the respondent, the appellant will pay wages under
section 17-B of the Act from the date of the judgment of the learned
Single Judge i.e. from 3.12.2011. Civil Application stands disposed
of.
