                             J U D G M E N T

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P9 order

holding that the petitioner is not eligible to get admission for M.Sc. Bio

Technology course as per the existing regulations for admission to

M.Sc. Bio Technology course. On 2.4.2007, this Court passed an

interim order of stay of Ext.P9. The learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the petitioner has completed the course and, therefore,

there is no point in considering the matter on merits. Accordingly, this

writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to keep the

degree, if obtained, notwithstanding Ext.P9.
