Asit B. Joshi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, under
instruction, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with a view
to take out appropriate application containing prayers either for
deciding Revision Application forthwith or fixing early date of

disposed of by reasons and in accordance with law. The petition is
