This
is a successive bail application which has been filed by the learned
advocate for the applicant mainly on the ground that the Appeal is of
the year 2006 and therefore, the applicant may be released on bail.
2. It
is required to be noted that previous bail application filed by the
applicant was considered on merits and was rejected and so we have
permitted the learned advocate for the applicant not to concentrate
on merits and show us change of circumstances. The only change of
circumstance which has been shown by the learned advocate for the
applicant is that it is an appeal of 2006. At present, we are dealing
with Appeals of the year 1992 upto the year 2003 and therefore, this
is not an appeal which requires some more consideration. No ground is
made out for early hearing of the Appeal. Hence, this application is
rejected.
