3. 18.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

the state.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for

the offence under Sections 20 (A), 22 and 23 of the

N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering that the huge amount of ganja has

been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I

am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
