Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA in opposition.

I do not find any reason to quash the impugned order dated 26.6.2010 passed
by Sessions Judge, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi in S.T. No.107/08, State Vs.
Umashanker Bind, under Section 302 IPC. Hence, this application is
dismissed.
