periods prior to his absorption in the government service.

Earlier he was serving as PACCS Manager of

Rahika Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. Madhubani. The

pleadings in this regard appears to be deficient. Let the

petitioner supplement the pleadings by filing supplementary

affidavit bringing on record certain documents and the

pleadings.

Petitioner prays for and is granted three weeks

time to file supplementary affidavit.
