Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
Order challenged in the instant application is dated 04.06.2010 passed
by the Judicial Magistrate Ist, Agra on an application under section
156(3) Cr.P.C. which is only as a counter blast.
Without expressing any opinion on merit, the application is disposed of
with the direction that the investigation shall go on pursuant to the order
impugned, but no coercive measure shall be adopted against the
applicants till the submission of the report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
