Learned Standing Counsel who has appeared on behalf of the
respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 was granted time to file counter
affidavit by the order dated 19.2.2010. No counter affidavit has
been filed till today.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks’
further time to file counter affidavit, failing which respondent
no.2, Joint Director of Education, Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur
shall appear in person before this Court on the next date alongwith
relevant record and instructions to assist the Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents no. 5 and 6 may file counter
affidavit in the mean time.

As prayed, let this matter be listed in 3rd September, 2010.
