of the judgment of the Division Bench of
this Court in the case of Jai Kumar Singh
Vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2010 (1)
PLJR 332, these writ applications have no
merit. The same are, accordingly,

dismissed.
However, this will not prejudice the
claim of the petitioners for payment of
their admitted salary or remuneration for
the period they have actually worked prior
to their termination.
