concerned, the appellant shall take necessary steps

for appointment of Joint Registrar (Judicial) as

guardian of the minor respondent No. 8(b) and 8

(c) by filing blank stamp Vakalatnama, guardian

cost and also brief within 4 weeks. Peremptory.
