68. 3.3.2011 It is stated by Mr. R.A.Singh, learned

counsel for the lessee Leagend Leather Industries Ltd

that a supplementary affidavit in I.A. No. 8022/2009

has been filed by him with a prayer to allow the Wet

Blue Unit installed by the lessee and other assets at

Annexures 9 and 10 of the inventory belonging to the

lessee to remain in the factory premises till the factory

premises and other assets are auction sold.

As prayed for by the Official Liquidator

and learned counsel for the State, put up on 31st March,

2011 to enable them to file their responses in the

matter.
