No. 3288 of 2011.
At 12:55 p.m. the statement has been made by him across
the Bar that the order dated 11.01.2010 passed by the earlier Bench of this
Court was without hearing the petitioner in I.A. No. 3288 of 2011 and I.A.
No. 3289 of 2011.
In view of such controversy, we are of the opinion that
propriety requires that the matter should be listed before the same Bench to
resolve the issue.
Accordingly, post this matter before the same Bench along
with batch of matters.
