03. 27.09.2011 The respondents in their counter affidavit have

referred to a Committee of three judges of this Court

constituted in context of the Shetty Commission Report.

The Court is informed that this Bench at one stage also

formed part of the Committee.

This Court considers it proper to recluse itself.
