It appears that in order dated 3.11.2010 the

date for placing this matter has been given as 18th

November, 2011 in place of 18th November, 2010,

which is a typographical mistake. Let the relevant date

explained in the aforesaid order be deemed to be 18th

November, 2010.

The order dated 3.11.2010 is modified to the

aforesaid extent only.

Put up this matter tomorrow under the heading

for admission in compliance of order dated 3.11.2010.
