3. 15.09.2011 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that the claims in the

writ application are covered by a decision of this Court in CWJC No.

8418 of 2010 and the writ petition may be disposed of in similar terms

with two qualifications only:-

(a) that any consideration of the claims of the petitioners

shall remain subject to the Letter Patent Appeal that

has been filed against the judgment in question; and

(b) that it remains a question for verification/confirmation

if the petitioners are willing to be considered for Class

IV posts also as dealt with in the judgment sought to

be relied upon.

The writ application stands disposed in the aforesaid terms.
