20. 01.09.2010 Affidavit on behalf of the appellant no. 1 has been filed

today in the Court. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of

the respondent nos. 4 and 5 submitted that this affidavit is of

63 pages including Annexures and therefore, he prayed that

two weeks time may be granted to go through the said

affidavit and if necessary, to file reply to the said affidavit.
