2. 7.9.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Only five litres of manufactured Mahua wine is recovered

along with 45 kg. of fermented Mahua may be a good case for

regular bail but not for anticipatory bail. So, petitioner’s prayer is

rejected.

However, petitioner is advised to surrender and pray for

regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without

being prejudiced by this rejection order.
