JUDGMENT

R.K. Abichandani, J.

1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will apply to the concerned authority within one month from today for giving him the benefit of the circulars under which a daily-wager is to be appointed on regular basis after putting service of a certain number of years. If such an application is made, the concerned authority will consider the same and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, within one month from the receipt of the application. The petitioner may make an application himself or through the Union as suggested by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner will be allowed to put forth the relevant material in support of his application. In this view of the matte no question survives of granting any relief to the petitioner at this stage. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
