(Collector, Jamui) expressing regret for not complying with the order

of this Court .The documents, as summoned, by the respondents have

now been received. The apology tendered by the Collector-cum- District

Election Officer, is accepted. Both the parties are at liberty to inspect the

documents. Both the parties would complete furnishing the list of

witnesses if not already done by 30.9.2011, failing which the same shall

not be considered. By the said date the petitioner would file

examination-in-chief on affidavit of the witnesses he intends to tender

along with the documents, which he would like to exhibit.

List this case for hearing on 21.10.2011, 24.10.2011 and

25.10.2011 when the election petitioner would try to conclude the

evidences of his witnesses.
