All the consolidation courts have recorded concurrent findings of fact that
respondent no. 4 is adopted son of Balvant, as such, on account of his death
the property shall be devolved in his favour and he shall succeed Balwant.

In this view of the matter, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the
orders impugned in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
